Summer rolls are that dish you can pretty much always order. At Bui Vien Street they come freshly wrapped – delicate rice paper, crunchy vegetables, rice noodles, herbs and homemade peanut dip.

Six varieties to choose from: tofu, avocado, chicken, beef, duck or shrimp. All hand-rolled, all with the same care. And yes, the vegan versions are just as good – not a "substitute," just their own thing.

The beauty of summer rolls: they're light, fresh and still satisfying. Perfect as a starter, but honestly also perfectly fine as a whole dinner – especially in summer.

What are summer rolls?

Summer rolls – Gỏi Cuốn in Vietnamese – are the opposite of spring rolls. Not fried, but wrapped raw. Thin rice paper is briefly dipped in water, then filled with fresh vegetables, rice noodles, herbs and a protein. The result is light, cool and incredibly aromatic.

Our six varieties

Tofu (vegan), avocado (vegan), chicken, beef, duck and shrimp. Each comes as a portion of 2 with peanut dip. The avocado version is creamy-fresh, the shrimp version has that subtle ocean flavor. All between €5.00 and €5.50.

Monday Special

Every Monday, all summer rolls are just €3.50 (2 pieces). Any variety – tofu, avocado, chicken, beef, duck or shrimp. While supplies last. Our most popular deal.
